In line with the new guidelines set by The Federal Trade Commission on Testimonials and Endorsements in Advertising, please comply accordingly when you promote our product. We discourage you from talking about RESULTS in your testimonials and making promises in promoting our product. Here's the complete FTC Guidelines:

- Promoting via Forums or Newsgroups: Affiliates are not to post to any forum or newsgroup in an attempt to promote The Coffee Philosophy. The only circumstance this is allowed is if the affiliate is already an established member of a forum/newsgroup and can add their affiliate link to their signature.
- Promoting via Email: Use of the affiliate program in conjunction with any form of spam, rented email lists or anything other than your own opt-in customers who have an established relationship with you, is not allowed.
- Promoting via eBay: Resale of the materials in conjunction with eBay or any other auction sites is also strictly forbidden. Such use - either via auction sites or abuse or misuse of e-mail - will result in termination of your account.
- Promoting via Google Adwords: If you are going to use Google Adwords for PPC you must comply with their policy here.
- Content: Affiliates must only use their own original content or that provided in the affiliate area (affiliate area coming soon) to promote The Coffee Philosophy. URL framing is not allowed. (Framing means replacing your URL in place of The Coffee Philosophy when the user is actually on www.thecoffeephilosophy.com)
- Affiliates should not fabricate false success stories but base their promotion material on actual reviews of the product.
- No affiliate should register for online services using The Coffee Philosophy's contact details e.g. email address. Where this occurs ClickBank will be notified and the affiliate's account will be suspended.
