- Begin by describing what you are grateful for right now, this develops an attitude of appreciation.
- Focus only on what you want (not what you don't want).
- You must state it in the present tense, keep it positive and filter out the words don't, not and no.
- Visualise your intention, create images, sounds and feelings that match your intention.
- Repeat your intention every morning when you first awake, and before you go to sleep.
