Any man is literally what he thinks, his character being the complete sum of all his thoughts.
James Allen

Has anyone ever taught you the importance of what and how you think?

The life you experience is a direct reflection of the quality of your thoughts. Think bad thoughts and you will feel bad, think good thoughts and you will feel good.

It doesn't matter who you are and what you do. If you are human you have to manage your thoughts and not let them manage you!

Many of us will not even realise the type of thoughts we have on a daily basis.
  • Most of our thought processing occurs within the unconscious mind, therefore you don't realise what you think and you just feel the result of that unconscious thought.
  • We are prone to feed our thoughts and allow them to spiral out of control; a simple worried thought can sometimes escalate into a full blown critical situation (even though there is nothing to support this assessment).
  • We have been conditioned based on our experiences and people around us. This conditioning often leads to automatic thoughts that do not serve us and prevent us from living our lives fully.

What are the options

You can study CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) or NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming); you can read from the vast quantity of self-help books, you can even visit a therapist. How applicable this is to you and how you turn these resources into practical use is the problem encountered by most.

The World Health Organisation predicts that by 2020 depression will be the second largest cause of disability in the world.

Imagine never having to feel bad again - unless of course you choose to!

How would you feel each day to know that whatever external circumstance that came your way you could handle with ease?

Imagine feeling good, excited, happy and peaceful each day by your own doing. Imagine how you could help others.

Get your head out of that box
