Terms of Sale
Introduction
The Terms of Sale apply to all online sales generated from The Coffee Philosophy web site (the "Site").
These Terms of Sale may be changed from time to time without our giving any notice to you. Any change will apply to all orders received subsequent to the change.
Services
"Services" means the provision of the following services as selected by you during the ordering process and confirmed by email from The Coffee Philosophy:-
Prices
Prophet Creations Limited agree to sell you the services for the prices stated on the Site. The final price will be that stated in your order confirmation.
The services are sold at the price stated on the Site at the date we receive your order.
There is no charge for the delivery of electronic goods and digital media ordered from the Site.
Prophet Creations Limited will provide the facility for you to access your purchases online and in some instances download them to a personal computer. (Prophet Creations Limited reserve the right to substitute a different form of electronic delivery from time to time e.g. Email).
You the purchaser are liable for any custom duties or sales tax for goods downloaded or delivered electronically to personal computers outside of the European Union.
Delivery of the Service
The Coffee Philosophy will provide access to the services that you have ordered immediately following confirmation of payment and for a minimum period of 90 days following the date that the order is confirmed.
All services are subject to availability if we cannot supply them we will inform you and you will be given a full refund of what you have been paid.
Accepted methods of payment
Payment may only be made by debit/credit card using Google Checkout.
- With Google Checkout, you can quickly and easily buy from The Coffee Philosophy and many other stores across the web.
- If you have used Google Checkout before, all you need to do is provide your Checkout username and password to buy from us.
- If you are using Google Checkout for the first time, you only have to fill out a single page of information to make your first purchase. After that, you just need to enter your Google Checkout login to make a purchase. There is no need to re-enter your purchase information or create multiple usersnames and passwords each time that you buy from different sites.
- When you buy with Google Checkout, you can track all your orders in one place and shop with confidence knowing that Google protects you from unauthorised purchases.
Your Rights to Cancel
You may cancel your order for our service under the Distance Selling Regulations within 7 days of making your order as long as you have not accessed it or downloaded any purchases.
When you access or download your order this is confirmation that you have asked us to commence the delivery of the service. At this point you will no longer have the right to cancel your order and to obtain a refund.
Therefore to cancel your order you must do so prior to accessing your order.
Please satisfy yourself that the services that you have ordered meet your requirements by reviewing the appropriate content descriptions.
PLEASE NOTE: Once you have accessed your purchase we are unable to make any refunds.
